I would never return here

In general: The check-in process was absolutely horrible and very stressful. I needed to make loads of phone calls in roaming and had to collect the keys from a certain statue in the city centre, which was not advised to me beforehand. The property refused to meet me at the apartment to give me the keys. There is no sign of the property when you get to the street where the property is located. (By the way, the exact location is not shown in this description, they just show the street name, but not the number). Their representatives have very poor English, so be prepared for that too, although they say they speak English. They requested cash payment in the middle of the street, when handing over the keys, without any receipt and without me even seeing the property! Very bad customer service in general and complete lack of respect for customers. Service: Absolutely bad service. I would not recommend this apartment. Room: There is only one tall room, divided vertically in two parts. There is a bed downstairs and a bed upstairs, but there is no door between the two parts. Be aware of this as there is no intimacy if two couples take this apartment, for example. Everything can be heard in the room.
